On January 26, 2010, Agricultural Bank of China ("ABC") and Beijing Equity Exchange held a signing ceremony of all-round strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Major leaders of both parties including Mr. Cai Huaxiang, Vice President of ABC and Mr. Xiong Yan, Chairman of Beijing Equity Exchange attended the ceremony. Both parties signed the All-round Strategic Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") based on the principle of "equality and free will, advantages complementation and cooperation and mutual benefits".
The signing of the Agreement built a good platform for both parties to cooperate in a board, in-depth and lasting manner. ABC will strengthen the marketization operation of handling of non-performing assets through the transaction platforms like Beijing Equity Exchange and provide Beijing Equity Exchange with the services like M&A loans, financial consultation, settlement, funds deposit. Beijing Equity Exchange will provide ABC's handling of non-performing assets with such services as asset promotion, investment attraction, consulting and organization of transactions of on exchange.
The Agreement signed by ABC and Beijing Equity Exchange will become a good start for both parties to develop their respective advantages and realize mutual benefits and double wins.
