Certificate customers for personal online banking are entitled to services such as account information inquiry, electronic payroll inquiry, transfer, roaming remittance, credit card repayment, online payment, investment, and wealth management.
Non-certificate customers have access to services such as account balance inquiry, transaction details inquiry, account password change, account loss reporting, collection of roaming remittance, and electronic payroll inquiry of Kins Debit Card/Quasi-credit Card.

All ABC personal customers with access to the Internet.
Requirements
Public customers that have the Kins Card may have access to public functions without application.
Registered customers need to register at the outlets of ABC, provide relevant information, and sign the service agreement with ABC.
Application
Online applications and outlet applications are accepted.
Online application: Log on www.abchina.com, enter "Personal Online Banking"-"Customer Number Application" with bank card number and password, fill in and submit the information before registration at the outlets of ABC.
Outlet application: Register at the outlets of ABC.
Procedures
1. Complete registration at ABC outlets. Complete the Application Form for E-Banking Service of ABC (Personal), sign the E-Banking Service Agreement of ABC, and provide valid identity certificate and the original vouchers of the accounts for registration (Kins Debit Card, Kins Quasi-credit Card, demand deposit passbook, and demand deposit integrated account passbook).
2. Receive the reference number of the personal online banking certificate and the authorization code. The certificate can be placed in IE Explorer or USB-KEY.
3. Log on www.abchina.com, and click "Certification Guide"-"Personal Certification Download".
4. Click "Certification Download" and enter the reference number and authorization code as prompted to complete certification installation.
