Requirements
Non-certificate customers that hold the Kins Card may have access to public functions without the application.
Registered customers need to register at an ABC outlet, provide relevant information, and sign the service agreement with ABC.
Application
Both of the online application and the outlet application are available.
Online application: Log on to www.abchina.com or www.95599.cn, enter "Personal Online Banking"-"Customer Number Application" with the bank card number and password, fill in and submit the information before registering at an ABC outlet.
Outlet application: Register at an ABC outlet.
