Safety Tips for Personal Online Banking Customers

1. Please log on to our online banking system through ABC portal website: www.abchina.com; please log on to our online banking system directly from our portal website instead of through the links of other websites to prevent your bank card number and password from being stolen by phishing sites.
2. Please keep your USB-KEY and password in good custody and unplug the USB-KEY immediately after use. If your USB-KEY is lost or your certificate number is forgotten, please have them reissued at our outlets immediately.
3. Please make sure that the computer used for online banking is secure and reliable; update anti-virus software regularly, download patches timely and do not open unidentified programs, links or mails. We will not ask you to conduct remittance in any form.
4. Please avoid sharing of your computer. Install anti-virus software and network firewall and set a logon password to your computer. For customers that use the Windows system, please activate the firewall of the system and shut down the sharing and the remote control functions to prevent your computer from being invaded by malicious programs.
5. Please do not enter your account number, password or other personal information at unidentified websites to prevent them from being stolen by phishing sites or Trojan horse.
6. Please do not disclose your certificate password and registered account number or any personal identification information to anyone and have your password changed on an irregular basis.
7. Please do not use your birthday, QQ number, telephone number, mobile phone number, account number and regular numbers as certificate password and registered account number, and separate your passwords used for other websites from the passwords of your bank accounts.
8. Please do not use online banking in internet cafés, libraries and other public premises to avoid your account number and password from being stolen by video or the monitoring of your keyboard strokes. If you have to use online banking on a public computer, please make sure all the traces have been erased before closing the browser and unplug the USB-KEY.
9. Please check the record of your transactions and check the account statements regularly.
10. In the event of any changes in your personal information (contact telephone number and address, etc.), please inform us to change the relevant information or make the changes through online banking by yourself timely.
